One of today’s best-loved, adrenaline-fused rock bands, THOUSAND FOOT KRUTCH (TFK), is beginning to loudly “exhale” after “inhaling” for the last year-and-a-half with its second consecutive Hard Rock No. 1 and Billboard Top 10 overall album, OXYGEN:INHALE. With TFK’s EXHALE slated to release in May, the band unveils its debut track from the new album, “Incomplete,” which went first to fans as a lyric video on Facebook and YouTube Feb. 1. Receiving over 100,000 views on YouTube in less than a week, “Incomplete” is available today (Feb. 12) from iTunes and

“‘Incomplete’ started with a riff, and had that special energy a good driving song has– it made me want to hop in the car and take the freeway! It’s a song about our journeys in life, personally inspired by our journey as a band,” says TFK frontman, songwriter and guitarist, Trevor McNevan.

“No one sees behind the curtain in others’ lives; the sacrifices made, the obstacles faced, the mountains climbed, or the fear, faith and failure involved to stay the course,” continues McNevan. “This song says ‘we’re not perfect’ and that’s ok, we’re not expected to be, but we’ll fight tooth and nail for the truth we know and the journey that’s before us. The song has a charge to it, that opens up into this beautiful moment of honesty.”

As the curtain in front of the new album begins to open, TFK will premiere live its first radio single from EXHALE, during today’s 4th Annual RadioContraband Rock Radio Convention 2016 in Las Vegas. Headlining this evening’s concert at Vinyl at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas for this industry event, Thousand Foot Krutch has impacted Active Rock radio with six hits to their credit just since going independent in 2012, nine hits overall. The title of the new radio single will be announced publicly next week along with a radio broadcast premiere Sunday, Feb. 21. A debut of the song’s brand new concept music video will also be announced soon.

Inspired to create new music by its fans that the band members prefer to call friends and family, TFK has a relationship that goes both ways. Late last year, TFK delivered an unannounced free song download for a limited time as a Christmas present to all its fans and anyone who trekked to the band’s website, Tens of thousands of singles were downloaded of the track, “Born Again,” which may be again brought back for fans as a bonus track on EXHALE. The song can also be viewed as a lyric video now on YouTube, where it has more than 150,000 views.

Taking the new songs and fan favorites on tour around the globe, TFK’s McNevan, along with bandmates, bassist Joel Bruyere and drummer Steve Augustine, will be featured on the Axes & Anchors Cruise (2/20) before jetting to Kiev, Ukraine (3/17) and hitting Minsk, Belarus (3/18) and Moscow (3/20) and Saint Petersburg (3/21), Russia. TFK will also be featured at many of the major US rock festivals this summer, including first-time mainstage performances to be announced soon. (See for the latest tour updates.)

RED’s graphic novel The Ever, which ties into the storyline behind their last album Of Beauty & Rage, is now available online and at shows.

The graphic novel was a part of the band’s PledgeMusic campaign for Of Beauty & Rage, which released in February 2015. As part of their pledge rewards, some fans were actually drawn into the graphic novel, which made the creative process to complete the project lengthy. The band has shared some images from the final product on their facebook page.

“Inspired by the mysterious and epic storyline that has been running through the band’s musical and video content over the past decade, platinum-selling rock band RED has co-written the graphic novel entitled The Ever with their producer, Rob Graves,” the band shares in their official description of the book. “The graphic novel follows and precedes the action-filled and self-reflective journey RED has created for their fans and inspired songs on their latest album, of Beauty and Rage. The Ever depicts RED as they encounter the darkness that we all face, follows their tumultuous path through, and ends with a surprising twist.”

You can purchase the graphic novel online through RED’s official merch store. You can also find it at their merch table as they continue to tour across the country with WinterJam through April.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 6, 2015) – Cinder Entertainment has announced that multiple GRAMMY Award winning artists Tye Tribbett and Jason Crabb, along with Dove Award winning comedian Akintunde, have joined forces to create what is shaping up as one of the most unique, must-experience concert tours of 2015. The Up Close and Personal Tour will not only allow audiences to experience the artists in an intimate concert setting, but it will also provide the artists the opportunity to express their desire to break down barriers that too often separate generations, cultures, denominations and races.

“Jason and I felt it was important for us to join forces to impact the Kingdom of God,” says Tribbett. “This fusion of high energy and creativity provides a dynamic experience. Plus, I just love Jason Crabb’s music and I know my audience will as well!”

“So many times we let what makes us unique and special separate us,” says Crabb. “But, when all of God’s people come together, it’s like nothing else! Sharing the platform with Tye Tribbett and Akintude is a blast–I’ve never experienced anything quite like it! When the audience sees us come together, in harmony, in Christ, it unites them in Christ! This is a night you don’t want to miss.” The Up Close and Personal Tour, presented in conjunction with Feed the Children, will feature popular comedian Akintunde (BET’s The Monique Show and Comicview, TBN’s Praise The Lord, CBN’s The 700 Club) as the tour’s host.

The juxtapostion of three different genres–Gospel, CCM and comedy–will allow each of the featured artists the opportunity to minister in their own inimitable styles, offering fans the chance to enjoy the artist they love, while also being introduced to fresh and exciting new styles from artists they may not have experienced yet.

The Up Close and Personal Tour is more than a concert; it’s an experience–one that will make a lasting impact on those who attend. Attendees with have the opportunity to walk the red carpet, meet the artists and take photos with them. But the Up Close and Personal experience is so much more than a traditional meet-n-greet. Attendees will be invited to participate in ministry impartations, and also gain valuable insight into the artists’ hearts and souls through panel discussions with Crabb and Tribbett as they share their desire to present a united front of love, respect and harmony in the wake of the ungodly racial divisiveness that has gripped the nation during the past year.

“New Life had the opportunity to experience the ‘Up Close and Personal’ Tour last month,” says John F. Hannah, pastor of New Life Covenant Church Southeast-Chicago. “Needless to say, we were extremely blessed, uplifted and inspired by the amazing ministry of Tye Tribbett and Jason Crabb.”

The dates of the Up Close and Personal Tour are as follows:

  • September 17, 2015 – Griffin First Assembly in Griffin, GA
  • September 18, 2015 – Beulah Grove Baptist Church, Augusta, GA
  • September 20, 2015 – Full Gospel Tabernacle, Hinesville, GA
